Shapiro Flom & Company LLC is a local CPA firm providing certified public accounting and consulting services to the St. Louis metropolitan area and surrounding communities. We realize that each client is unique and thus has special needs and concerns. We dedicate ourselves to understanding each of our clients and providing them the highest quality of professional services available. We strive to accomplish these objectives through teamwork and commitment to excellence.

Our firm consists of a team of approximately 25 individuals. We are managed by 6 members (partners) who have over 100 combined years of professional experience. We are committed to providing continuing professional education to everyone on our team to ensure that each person is knowledgeable about current changes in the profession.

Rapid evolution in the areas of technology and communication have caused globalization to become a key issue for many of our clients. Though we are a local firm, we are well equipped to help our clients deal with complex multi-state and international issues. Shapiro Flom & Company LLC is associated with AGN International, an affiliation of medium and large sized CPA firms throughout the United States and the world. Through this association we can effectively gain knowledge and expertise in laws, regulations and local practices around the globe. We are members of this association because we feel that membership helps us achieve our commitment to excellence.

In addition, we are members of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Membership in the PCPS requires that member firms undergo a full peer review by another firm every three years in order to ensure that the firm's services adhere to the industry's high standards.
